Fresh Farm Raised Trout

We offer live Rainbow Trout as available in our fresh water tank. 

These trout are farm raised in a northern Michigan trout farm. 

They live in a well-water fed pond & are grown with no chemicals.

 

Our favorite recipe for trout is  lightly breaded & pan-fried to perfection.

 

Our fresh fish are market priced.  Please ask your server.

 

 

 

Poached Salmon   $20.95

Covered with a Creamy white sauce topped off with

chopped boiled eggs and capers.

Lightly battered Cod fillets served with lemon & tartar sauce.

Our Icelandic scrod comes from the icy waters of Norway. 

We steam it to perfection & serve it with toasted

Tender, flaky and steaming, melts in your mouth and
