This is Kirk's Grandma's recipe.

We believe in serving slow-cured country smoked ham.

 

 

 

Cordon Blue Schnitzel   $17.95

Pork loin pocket filled with country cured ham & imported cheese

with potatoes or red cabbage.

 

 

 

Wiener Schnitzel Gypsy Style   $16.95

Breaded, fried, pork loin served with a tomato &

vegetable based sauce.

 

 

 

Wiener Schnitzel   $15.75

Pork loin breaded & fried, served with lemon wedges.

 

 

 

Wild Pork Ragout   $16.50

Casserole of wild pork, natural sauce with Chanterelle mushrooms.

Try it with red cabbage.   It's Great.
