Slow Cooked Angus Beef with Vegetables served with a

homemade roll.

Brookside's Fried Fish                                                 $5.25

Lightly battered Cod filets served with lemon and our tartar sauce.

 

 

Icelandic Scrod                                                           $5.45

Our Icelandic scrod comes to us from the icy waters of

Norway.  We steam it to perfection.  And serve it with toasted

almonds, clarified butter.

 

 

Michigan Lake Smelt                                                   $5.25

 A mess of smelt battered and fried.

 

 

Grilled Chicken Breast                                                $4.95

One boneless grilled chicken breast.

 

 

Ham Loaf                                                                      $4.50

Homemade ground ham and pork meatloaf, served with a

brown sugar, mustard sauce.

 

 

Fried Oysters                                                               $4.85

Oysters coated with a crisp batter, served with homemade

tartar sauce.

 

 

Wiener Schnitzel                                                          $4.25

Pork Loin sautéed in bread crumbs, served with lemon wedges.

Meatloaf                                                                       $4.50

Our own recipe of meatloaf in a homemade tomato and

brown sugar sauce.

 

 

Burgers*     Always 90% meat, 10% fat, a full 1/2lb of certified Angus

Beef.  Served with Potato Chips or Homemade Potato Salad.      

 

   A.     Homemade bun, onion, pickle, cheese, lettuce and            $3.50

                 8 ounces of Burger.

 

    B.        Homemade bun, of course, with 1/2 lb. Burger,                       $4.50

                 our grilled country ham and melted cheese.

 

    D.        Sourdough Bread grilled with onions,  melted Swiss            $4.50

            and 8 ounces of Burger.

 

    F.      Low Carb No Bun!  8 ounces of Burger, with lettuce 

                  tomato  slices and cottage cheese.

                  No Chips or Potato Salad                                                              $4.75

            Substitute Grilled Chicken Breast                                     add $1.60

            Add Melted Swiss or American Cheese                          add $  .50

A hearty blend of Fresh Vegetables  -  broccoli, carrots, squash,

red-peppers, whole grains and seasonings.  Fat free, cholesterol

free, no eggs, lactose or soy.

 

Parties of six or more, we add 15% Service Charge
