Mozzarella cheese in a fresh basil & egg pasta, with roasted

butternut squash ravioli tossed in abasil pesto with pine nuts.

Spinach agnolotti filled with artichoke hearts & marscapone and

fresh asparagus in a cracked pepper pasta, tossed with wild mushroom

Egg square pasta filled with roasted eggplant & grilled vegetables

 in a hexagon basil pasta, tossed with tomato pesto & egg round
